哪些中药对斑秃有良好疗效

　　中医对秃发早有认识，有肝藏血、发为血之余，肾主骨，其荣在发，血虚不能随养肌肤，故毛发脱落成片的理论，说明脱发的原因与肾虚，血虚有关。近年来并有血瘀学说，故大凡秃发治疗以补肾、养血、活血为主。其中医分行大致有心脾气虚型、肝肾不足型、肝郁血瘀型、气血两虚型。患者可由医生辩证以养血补血、滋补肝肾、健脾益气、养阴凉血、疏肝理气、固涩通络等方论治。

　　(1) 养血补血方：如神应养真丹加减，由地熟、当归、女贞子、菟丝子、羌活等养血,补肾、去风药物组成。少数服药后如觉咽口干等反应者，加用六味地黄丸或胆草泻肝丸。

　　(2) 滋补肝肾方：熟地、当归、巴戟肉、肉苁蓉、熟女贞、桑椹子、羌活、赤勺、白勺、丹参各12克，川芎、荆芥各10克，对青少年病程短、脱发区少者效果尤佳。

　　(3) 健脾益气方：

　　(a)以异功散为主、同时配以黄芪30-60克，党参12-15克，白术、茯苓9-12克，陈皮6克，甘草12克。

　　(b)红参20克，黄芪50克，白勺30克，白术45克，灸甘草20克，肉桂30克，大枣20枚，加减共研细末，蜜蜂500克，炼蜜丸，每丸10克，含生药3.8克，日服三次，每次一丸

　　(5) 疏肝理气方：方如小柴胡汤治疗斑秃，日本亦有用小柴胡汤加味治疗本病的报道，疗效满意，特别对那些与神经因素有关的斑秃患者效尤佳

　　(6) 固湿通络方：如桂枝、龙骨、牡蛎、赤勺、甘草、女贞子、旱莲草、五味子等
