Relaxx Extract 逍遥丸 is based on a classical herbal formula in TCM, Ease Powder, used to coordinate the functioning of the liver and the spleen for the treatment of stagnancy of the vital energy of these two organs marked by costal pains, dizziness, lassitude, loss of appetite, dull mastalgia and menstrual complaints in women, and taut and fine pulse, seen in cases of neurosis, menopathies and chronic disorders of the liver and gallbladder.

Ingredients: Radix Bupleuri, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Poria, Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata, Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, Pcs. and Herba Menthae

Bupleuri has the effect of dispersing the stagnated liver-energy; Paeoniae Alba and Angelicae Sinensis has the effects of nourishing the liver and tonifying the blood. The above three medicinal herbs used together can tonify the liver and promote its function. Poria, Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Glycyrrhizae Praeparata have the effects of strengthening the spleen and benefiting vital energy. Zingiberis recens and Menthae can enhance the dispersing effect. All the above herbs used together ensure a normal functioning of the liver and spleen. This herbal formula has been widely applied for various diseases in internal medicine, surgery and gynecology, especially for those attributive to stagnation of liver-energy with spleen hypofunction or blood deficiency, which are manifested as hypochondriac pain, stomachache, breast nodules, dysmenorrhea, etc.

Actions: Soothing the liver, strengthening the spleen, and nourishing the blood to restore normal menstruation.

Indications: Stagnation of the liver qi and deficiency of the spleen manifested as distension in the chest and hypochondrium, dizziness, anorexia, loose stool, irregular menstruation and others.*

中医治疗男性不孕不育的办法

可在中医辩证施治的基础上选用以下中成药：
（1）属肾精亏虚型的，宜补肾填精、固涩精关，可服用六味地黄丸、五子地黄丸、五子衍宗丸等。
（2）属肝气郁结型的，宜疏肝解郁，可选用逍遥丸、舒肝丸、归芍六君丸等。
（3）属命门火衰型的，宜壮肾阳，可选用右归丸、补肾强身片等。
（4）属肾阴亏虚型的，宜滋阴补肾，可选用知柏地黄丸、加味地黄丸等。
（5）属气滞血瘀型的，宜活血化瘀，可选用小腹逐瘀丸、乌金丸等。
（6）属痰湿内盛型的，宜燥湿祛痰、健脾和胃，可选用香砂六君丸、加味香砂枳术丸等。　　

男子不育症属慢性疾病，有些患者由于种种原因难于坚持用煎剂，故大多采用中成药治疗，或者用中成药来巩固已取得的疗效。下面介绍几种临床常用的中成药。

1.五子衍宗丸有滋补肾水，添精补髓功效，适用于由阴虚气亏，肾水不足引起的阳痿、遣泄及不育。
2.六味地黄丸有滋补肝肾的功效，对肾阴不足引起的不育症，并伴有身体、形容憔悴、头晕目眩、遗精、滑泄、舌燥咽干等症有效。
3.人参鹿茸丸有滋肾益气、补血生精的功效、适用于肾精亏损引起的气血两亏，精神不振、目暗耳聋、遗精盗汗、腰腿酸软、男子不育等症。
4.三肾丸有滋阴益气、补肾壮阳的功效，适用于因肾气虚弱、命门火衰引起的阳痿不举、腰腿酸痛、精神疲倦、食欲不佳、婚久不育等症。
6.左归丸有滋补肾水、调养精血的功效，适用于肾精亏损引起的腰腿酸软、自汗盗汗、遗精、神疲口燥、头目眩晕、眼花耳鸣、不育等症。
7.右归丸有温补肾最的功效，适用于先天不足、命门火衰引起的脾肾虚寒、劳伤过度，出现腰酸腹痛、阳痿不举，畏寒怕冷、小便自遗、婚久不育等症。
8.全鹿丸有温肾壮阳、固精益气的功效，适用于肾最亏损引起的精神衰惫、神志不宁、头眩耳聋、遗精盗汗、面色萎黄、婚久不育、腰膝无力及妇女血亏，崩漏带下等症。
9.金匮肾气丸(桂附地黄丸) 有补益肾阳的功效。适用于肾阳不足，腰膝冷痛、阳事不兴、小便不利或多尿等症。蜜丸每服一丸，每日二次。
10.知柏地黄丸有滋阴降火的功效，适用于肾阴亏虚，相火妄动引起的骨蒸劳热、虚烦盗汗、腰背酸痛、梦中遗精等症。
11.鱼醥丸有滋阴补肾、添精益髓的功效，适用于所血虚弱、肾水不足引起的腰膝疲倦、梦遗滑精、阳痿早泄、精亏不育、失眠健忘等症。
12.锁阳固精丸有补肾壮阳、温肾固精的功效。适用于肾虚引起的阴囊潮湿、梦遗滑精、目眩耳聋、腰膝酸痛、四肢无力等症。
13.参茸卫生丸有培补肝肾、益气养血、仙灵脾益肾的功效，适用于身体衰弱、精神萎糜、腰膝酸痛、四肢无力、健忘失眠、梦遗滑精、不育、妇女崩漏不止，赤白带下等症。
14.海马补肾丸有滋阴益气、补肾助阳的功效，适用于肾气虚寒引起的最事萎弱，精神萎糜、四肢无力、梦遗滑精、潮热劳嗽、盗汗失眠、腰膝酸软、目暗耳鸣、嗜卧少食、婚久不育等症。
15.萆蔛分清丸有分清化浊利湿的功效，适用于肾虚、膀胱湿寒引起的小便频繁、浑浊不清、淋沥刺痛等症，相当于现代医学所讲的慢性前列腺炎等。
16.龟龄集有补肾壮阳的功效，适用于肾气虚弱、阳事不举、婚久不育、阴寒腹痛、腰膝酸软无力等症。
17.大造丸有补肾滋阴、泻热潜阳的功效，适用于肾阴亏损、阴虚阳亢、骨蒸劳热、形体消瘦、男子不育症等。
18.通关丸有滋阴降火，引火归元的功效，适用于肾阴亏耗，相火妄动，滑精白浊，小腹酸痛、缩阳症，形容憔悴，头晕耳鸣等症。

暖宫孕子丸

　本病相当于中医学“不孕”、“无子”、“全不产”等范畴。其病与肾的关系密切，并与天癸、冲任、子宫的功能失调，或脏腑气血不和，影响胞脉络功能有关。临床常见的证型有：

　　1．胞宫虚寒型：证见婚后不孕，经期推迟，经量较少，色暗有块，形寒肢冷，少臆冷痛，得温则舒，阴中冷感，带下清冷，小便清长，腰脊酸楚，苔薄白，脉沉紧。

　　2．脾肾两虚型：证见婚后数年不孕，性欲淡漠，形体肥胖，闭经或经期延长，月经量少，色暗或淡，质地稠粘，带下量多，胸闷泛恶，倦怠嗜睡，胃纳不佳，舌淡苔白腻，脉滑。

　　3．肝肾不足型：证见婚后不孕，月经后期，量少色淡，面色苍白，白带清稀，手足清冷，腰酸腿冷，性欲淡漠，舌淡白质胖嫩，脉细软沉弱。

　　4．气血两虚型：证见婚后不孕，月经不调，经期推迟，月经量少，形体消瘦，面色萎黄，胃纳不佳，大便秘结，舌淡苔薄，脉细弱。

　　5．血虚肝郁型：证见婚后不孕，性情忧郁，经期先后不定，经来腹痛，行而不畅，量少色暗有块，经前乳房胀痛有块，烦躁易怒，舌红有瘀点，舌苔薄，脉弦涩。

可选用的中成药

　　1．胞宫虚寒型：

　　(1)暖宫孕子丸：每次8丸，一日3次，温开水送服。

　　(2)女金丸：每次1丸，一日2次，温开水送服。

　　(3)当归调经丸：每次1丸，一日3次，温开水送服。

　　(4)女宝胶囊：每次4粒，一日3次，温开水送服。

　　2．脾肾两虚型：

　　(1)调经促孕丸：每次5g，一日2次，温开水送服。自月经周期第5天起连服20天，无月经周期者每月连服20天，连服3个月为一疗程。

　　(2)温经丸：每次1丸，一日2次，温开水送服。

　　3．肝肾不足型：

　　(1)安坤赞肾丸：每次1丸，一日2次，温开水送服。

　　(2)调经种子丸：每次1丸，一日2次，温开水送服。

　　(3)鹿胎膏：每次10g，一日1-2次，用水婉化，温黄酒或温开水送服。

　　(4)紫河车粉(胶囊)：粉剂每次服3g，或胶囊剂每次15粒，均为一日2次，用温黄酒或温开水送服。

　　(5)嫦娥加丽丸：每次3-5粒，一日3次，空腹淡盐水或温开水送服。

　　4．气血两虚型：

　　(1)妇科养荣丸：蜜丸每次2丸，或脓缩丸每次16粒，均为一日2次，温开水送服。

　　(2)当归养血丸：大蜜丸每次1丸，或水蜜丸每次9g，均为一日3次，温开水送服。

　　5．血虚肝郁型：得生片：每次4片，一日2次，温开水送服。
